I am sitting here and my cat is I guess trying to get my attention she keeps walking over the keyboard and meowing at me and livking my fingers. L.O.L. 
and she is watching the arrows and everything on the screen. How funny just thought I would share that.

When my cats try to do that it usually means they want me to stop what I'm doing so they can do what they please. In which case means prevent me from typing and getting any kind of work done. so I can pet them and give them my undivided attention.

Your cat might want to divert your attention from what you are currently doing to her/him. My cats also does what you've described, if not for my undivided attention - to give him his food.
