Earthquake this morning !!!!

This morning at 1.40 or so when I was wide awake, I suddenly heard a boom sound. I was confused about where it came from. Immediately after the sound, the bookshelf began to shake, the sound this time was horrible because there are some windows and glassware in the bookshelf. I was so frightened at that time. In fact, I had never been that frightened before. I was under my quilt on my bed, I dared not move. All I could do was to think fast whether I should put on my clothes immediately and ran to my parents' room to wake them up and go outside. I doubted that my parents would follow me out. I grabbed my cellphone in hand in case of emergency. You know I live on the second floor. If I could feel it so strong, how strong would people feel upstairs? After a while, everything came to normal. My never was not tentioned and I feel that the earthquake had passed. Gee ! it really made me think of the 1976-Chinese Tangshan Great earthquake and the movie 2012. In a word, I was so frightened. This is very rare because I live in a city without sea or mountain.
