Using Upload Sites To Make Money

As I am always looking for new ways to make money online, I have recently noticed alot of people making money by sharing media (ie...video, pictures, music, etc.) My question to the mylot community is, Do you make money with this method? If so, what kind of files work best? Which sites are best to share your files? If not, then what kind of stuff are you downloading and from where? I hope this generates some good feedback as I find this to be an increasingly interesting way to earn online.
