rubbish tv this christmas

I must agree with you there as there has not been much at all that interest me on the tv apart from the usual soaps that i watch all the time anyway.I even sat and watched a few of the childrens films that were on the tv as there was nothing that i liked the look of.

this it was almost like tv stations didnt know what to do with Christmas this year. they didnt know what shows to show so they showed a bunch of lame tv shows, no good Christmas movies were on at all!

I can always find any of the CSIs, Criminal Minds, Law & Order, etc., etc. so I am happy! (I'm addicted to these type of shows )

hi doormouse it was so bad I left it and c ame to my room to mylot instead, used to be we had all my old favorites each Christmas but not this time. so I listened to the Carolers who came to sing to us then went upstairs and mylotted' til bedtime. here in Gold Crest a lot of old guys seem to control what is listened to so they like westerns and old re runs. so back to my computer again. I saw all those westerns once and that was enough, but they do not notice that there are other programs on here. he he he.

Hi doormouse, The TV gets worse every year. The only good things on in my opinion on Christmas day were Doctor Who and the Catherine Tate, Nans Christmas carol (that was a laugh). We ended up watching a lot of DVDs in the end

Yes, I agree with you, i watched rudolph the red nose rein deer 9 times. the T.V componies should rely find good shows to put on T.V during the christmas time!!

Yes, I guess you're right. I didn't watch much TV this Christmas season. There really wasn't many original Christmas programs on at all. Even TV shows were mostly on break. Although some CBS channels aired new episodes that were Christmas related. I didn't even catch any old Christmas movies. Well, I did see White Christmas, but even that didn't hold my interest long.

I watched some classic movies that I had taped a while back, so I wasn't at a loss to find something!

I agree there was not crap on t.v. When I turned it on I was sitting at the computer most of the day and just had it on for noise and I swear that movie where the little boy gets his tounge stuck on the frozen pole L.O.L. but that nust have been on all d day! I keppt hearing "You'll shoot your eye out" over and over and over again! I finally had to get up and turn it off! It was so annoying.

I struggled to find good Christmas programs on tv this year . . . there wasn't very much! I normally don't watch too much tv, because I have my hands full with my kids - so I don't know what the norm is anymore. So when I had the chance this holiday, all I wanted was a bit of Christmas cheer on the boob tube and there was nothing there!

...Hi there doormouse, Hope that all is going well with you. I don't think it is only Christmas, time that there is basically nothing worth while watching on television. I have been noticing for a while that the choices are limited and the quality is very low. Where are the good made for tv movies or programs? Someone should have a few good ideas to improve the situation. Looking at the trailers for the new movies at the theaters, they also seem to be on the same level, not good. Take care.
