Deciding who your favorite author is...

Reading - Trying to pick your favorite author is never as easy as it seems...or is it?

I've often wondered how people can make up their minds about who their favorite author is. I, for one, love reading, and there is a host of authors whose works I enjoy. Different genres, different styles, different settings - but all great! I don't think I could ever choose one favorite author. Is that the same case for other myLotters out there? I'd love to hear your views on this...

I have a ton of authors that I like , like Brett Easton Ellis , Stephen King , Jude Deveraux , Jim Carroll , Edgar Allan Poe , etc. So it would actually be really hard for me to just pick one favorite author . I don't know how some people can pick just one either .

I love to read, and I have often been asked who my favourite author is. This is a question I have never been able to answer, since I have many favourites, and I am constantly discovering new ones. Everytime I think I can list my top five authors, another one pops into my head - LOL! Nope, can't to it.....can't pick fave's.
