How often do you lost your faith in God?

There are those times when I lost my faith in God. During those times when I felt being left and abandoned with endless troubles and problems. Where it seems there's no place and reasons for me to live. However I often bring back my faith in life through constant prayer. Have you ever lost your faith in God? Do you have faith in God?

You're right, God has plan for us and everything that happen in our life has a reason and that reason will be for the good of our self and for our life. One thing that you must not give up, that is on praying. You must pray unceasingly and do good, and remember that God loves you and He will never ever leave you as long you hold on to Him and to His promises. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

I have faith in God, but I dont think that His totally present in my life 100% because there are times that I lost my faith in Him. I wont talk to Him in a day or two, wont visit the church and begun to question Him. Like you said, I also bring back my faith in Him through constant prayer. I also count my blessings so that I wont only see failures and disappointment in life.

I've been reading a lot of stories about saints and the latest book I read is from Mother Theresa. There's one thing they experienced that we also feel, the seemingly absence of the presence of God, it's like a torture. There are those times that they don't like to pray, they don't feel Gods presence and they even question God and their faith. It's an agony for them and for us. But Mother Theresa said that God is never away from us,He never leave us, it only shows that God is already part of our life and He's in your heart. It's like missing someone. It's just like a sign. This is the time when your faith is tested. That even though He is distant, would you be willing to still continue on doing He's work? Would you still pray? Would you still be faithful to Him. Like when someone you love travel to a different place, and you're being left, your love will be tested, if you would remain faithful to him/her or would still keep on loving the person if he/she's away? or you will give up your love and forget the person? Our relationship with God is the same as our relationship with others. The question is how long will you keep on loving Him even without His presence? Keep on praying, doing good even though you might experienced God's absence, because in that way, you will received Gods love in the end. It's a challenge for you and for all of us, who would like to follow God's way. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

I have not understood many times why things have happened the way they have, eventho, I prayed the way God says to pray. My faith as gotten very weak at times, but as time passed, I would know that I will always have faith and only know the answers to some of these confusing and hurtful questions when I meet God in heaven.

I used to lose faith alot when I didn't know God that well.Since I study my Bible,I have a close relationship with God.I have faith even when things don't look good at all.He can help someone the very last second. It's good to pray fervetly, without ceasing.I do know prayers should come from the heart,God don't want you to pray vain repetitions, memorized prayer.Jesus told us how to pray in the Bible,he gave the Lord's prayer only as an example, not to pray repeated ly to him.He gave it as an outline to guide us the right way to pray.

Yeah, when you often read the bible and meditate God's word you will able to know Him and gives you strength to keep on living your life. The more you spend time with God the more you'll get to know Him and the more you'll learn to appreciate all the blessings that life brings you, either good or bad. When it comes to prayer, as long as it's come from your heart either repetitive or not God will answer it. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

It's good that you never give up your faith in God. Troubles and pain is part of our life. It's a challenge and it's an only way for us to grow and become a better person. It will test our character and purify our self before we enter into the kingdom of heaven. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!
