Well to answer your question, Yes she is stupid for getting caught. She is a star of one the biggest movie franchises in the last ten years, and doesn't need any more publicity than she has right now. On the other hand I don't really think she cared all that much either, and really why should we? Our society puts all these expectations on anyone who is in the spotlight, as to how the should or shouldn't act, or what they should or shouldn't do. When they are found to not be perfect, then the media pounces on them like rapid dogs, and they are in most cases far more heavily criticized than the average person. This is not to say that many people don't bring these problems upon themselves, or that I condone their behavior, but nobody's perfect, and we as a society tend to be a bit hypocritical with our celebrities.

By rights, she was on her own property, and she should have had privacy to do whatever she wanted to do, but however she is somewhat a role model to younger kids, so she should of have better sense than that, fully knowing how she is center of attention with the tabloids.
