Every time I sad, I always locked himself in his room and cried. I know what I do is in vain and did not make me not sad anymore. What do you do when you're sad? whether the crying was the thing to do when you're sad?

I usually just lie down on the bed and go to sleep. I feel refresh afterwards.

I try to relax, so I can think about the problem clearly. If I'm pouting over something small (usually) I remind myself it's my current mood and i'll pass, be patient. That usually calms me down a whole lot. Somethings I just cry and cry. That can feel good, too. Or I'll clean, put myself to good use doing things that need be done. Finishing a dreaded tasks always feels good. (1 Because they're done and (2 because you got up and did them. :) Basically #1 for me is just being aware of my thoughts and directing them positively.

Hi sister, i'm sorry to hear that. I think closing your mind with locked in the room or crying is the worst way. It just made your sad deeper. I suggest you still going together with your partner, friends, families. I often doing that and doing my hobbies, reading a motivation books, or having fun with my friends. the point is don't close your mind in the sadness, you must facing the problems , don't give up, it's never too late. As i know on my book i often read: Life is not about facing the storm, but just about how we can still dance in the storm. And life is too difficult, but don't make it more difficult. Good luck for you.

Cry. Release your feelings. Then cheer up.

If it's a little sadness, I just find some way to enjoy myself such as eating, watching movies, listening to music, walking along the beach,... If the situation is more serious, I will search for my close friends who can sympathize with me and keep me from doing stupid things.

No amount of tears will make my happy. I might shed some tears but I will not cry my heart out to conceal the hurt feelings. I rather talk it out with my friends so I can be relieved of some of the pains in my heart.

I usually cry alone and talk to God every time I feel sad and hurt. I don't talk to friend very often about some reasons why I am sad. Maybe I am just more comfortable to be with myself when I am sad and lonely. I cannot fully express how I feel if there's someone beside me. But, if I am alone, I can talk to God and I can say anything I want to say.

When i'm sad, i usually cry my eyes out, and call one of my best friend to talk to, and vent to them about whats bothering me, if it about my boyfriend lol, if it's not about him, i go right to him and he comforts me and tries to help out as much as he can
