A question regarding making 2 accounts but using different computers

On my previous discussion, on mylot, a family member can sign up under me as affiliate to join mylot, because we share the same internet connection line, while we using different computers to do our own things here. Can it be done the same on other online - earning - sites, such as those PTC sites, or blogging sites? My sister want to make some extra money online too, but as a family, we can only share one DSL connection line. I just wonder would that be possible?

I think that would be the violation in my view. Say you operate multiple accounts from same internet connections then you could make the other member sign up under you, as a result you would earning money by unfair way.

You guys, do you know what is an I.P. address? That's your computer's address on the online network. You are traced by sites you are participating by I.P. address, and by implanting cookies. I suggest you refrain from doing that because this business is digital. Sooner or later, you will have problems with that habit. Well, it's only a suggestion, for your own good.
