Can I get my old account back please?

can anyone help me find out about this. I am getting mad about this now. I am under a new account starting all over again. I have so many posts under my name. Giftsandbags.com. can mylot let me get back my old account and my points? I was gone due to not having the computer in use. So they closed my account out. Mylot please help me get my status back. I hate starting over.

Hi well I think its one of the guidelines in myLot. If your inactive for a certain period of time, chances are your account will be closed. 
Try sending an email to admin and explain your side, maybe they would give you an excemption or something.

I am surprised that they closed your old account. I went for almost a year without being active and I'm still here. I also have referrals that have been inactive for 2+ yaers and their accounts are still here.
My suggestion is to contact admin again for an explanation. I don't see why they wouldn't reinstate your old profile.
