The coming Presidential Election

Hello Filipinos! The presidential election is coming this 2010. What are you qualifications of a good politicians today, to handle to our country which is now in the lower category in the world. Because in my analysis also, people also contributes a lot of what we want in our country to be. Changes may also starts to ourselves, we will not depends more in the government. Candidates now are the same candidates before. I mean they have their positions in this administration. Do they do something during the periods of what they are? As Senators, Congressman, or down to councilors, were they effective during their reigns? Or what? I to myself i could not choose even one of them because they were acted politicians this period, and i noticed no one of them are doing well and change our situations ever since. Where are they? Candidates now are active politicians before or even this period. To whom shall we choose? Any suggestions?
