Upgraded to Windows 7

Have anyone upgraded their computers from Windows Vista to Windows 7? Luckily, I just have my laptop computer upgraded to Windows 7 ultimate edition yesterday. Not entirely satisfied with this new Windows feature. But it is definitely slightly better than Windows Vista. I can't complain too much. From what I feel, Windows 7 basically a upgraded version of Windows Vista. I guess that too many people complained about Windows Vista compatibility problem with other software and so. Overall, I like it, but it took me 1 1/2 hours to get it upgraded. So, what is your opinion on Windows 7?

I just bought a new computer with Windows 7. I love it. There's no comparison to anything else I have ever tried. It gobbles up some RAM though. My new computer has 6 gigs of it though so its no problem. It wouldn't work with my 10 year old printer though. That was not good. So far I love Windows 7 but I will see how I feel about that in a few months.

No, I have Windows Vista on desktop 2, and Windows XP on desktop 1. My laptop (now broken) had Windows XP, too. I just cannot see a reason to upgrade because I am not paying to do it. Plus, if there are more incompatibility issues I will scream, hehehe. . With XP and Vista I changed their look to make it more like Windows 95. If you want the step by step, just send me a PM. You don't have to install any software to do it, either. It seems you really like it. Does it run older equipment or software? If so, then that would be a good reason to upgrade. Cheers!
