Whats wrong with YOUPTC?

Why do I have this message "Warning mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/ptc/domain/youptc.com/public_html/hunter/hunter.php on line 7 table 'ptc_db.tb_users' doesn't exist"? Is this going scam too? Or its just me having experience this one?

The error which you have mentioned is a technical error.It sometimes happens with me when I try to access trekpay.This is no sign that the site will become a scam.Don't worry, just try to access after some time.
