After supper and your evening exercise

In daytime we often sit in office or front of computer. So I would like to go swimming before dinner and go for a walk after supper.I like to go out several minutes later. My friend said that it is not good. I should stay a little longer then go for a walk. If I stay for a long time I do not want to move my body. That why I want to go out quickly. And sometimes I also do some yoga before go to bed. It make me sleep easily. I feel tied and I can sleep quickly. How do you arrange your evening exercise?

I do yoga on weekday nights.I also walk a lot because I commute going to the office.a 20-minute yoga session does it for me.on weekends,I belly dance.I want to learn how to swim and would like to have a swimming pool in my house.I can do laps at night.

doing exercise during at night time is perfect for those people with less time on sweating during the day and it give them nice sleep...for me i keep my energy cause i workout during the day so night time is best for me to rest and recovery my muscles..yapee new year!!
