Have you seen the new commercials? IT shows a new LG cell phone that will project pictures or video clips onto the wall! Yeah, now that's cool! Totally useless, but cool! What do you think? Is it useful or just frills?

This may be good for business presentations, I suppose...but perhaps not so good if you spouse happens to call you during the middle of one, and asks you to pick up groceries on the way home.
...can't say I'm impressed with this latest LG feature.
Oh no! Lady Gaga in the board room! ....eeek!
Nah, sorry!

lol! Yeah, I had thought about the business presentation idea. But I hadn't thought about if someone called during the presentation! That would be funny though if your spouse called or texted and asked you to grab some toilet paper on the way home! lol!

Actually, I was thinking after I posted the question that it might be handy in the business world. I would think you'd have to really watch copyright infringement matters though!

Yeah, it was really cool! I just don't have a use that would justify the expense!
However, I am sure when they first made wrist watches no one saw the need for it!

hello macdingolinger,
Oh really? never heard of it but I think it will be awesome! I've heard about nikon camera with built-in projector which is pretty cool. You can take videos/pictures and you can watch it right away on screen/walls. The camera is actually small and very handy. LG is creating more cool now stuff huh, but I think it will be more appropriate in business presentation. Who knows, regular people like students and teens might like it too and find it useful.
You know how kids are now...hehe!

I've seen demos and adds about that phone you're talking about. And while the feature may seam useless it probably could actually come in handy especally if you're trying to share a video clip or picture with a group of friends. Projecting the image on the wall would allow more to view, as well as enlarge the images to some extent.
Thrills right now, but this tentive technology could actually come in handy for something important. It's a start.

No one loves technology like I do! It would be fun even if it seems useless at first! Who would have dreamed we'd feel we needed cameras or videos on phones?
But now they are an integral part of our lives and have been evidence in many cases!
