A friend sent me this youtube link, showing a woman basically fingerpainting in sand. I want to share it with you because I think it's amazing. The video shows Kseniya Simonova, 24, drawing a series of pictures on an illuminated sand table showing how ordinary people were affected by the German invasion during World War II. The images, projected onto a large screen, won her the top prize of about $130,000.00 on "Ukraine’s Got Talent". http://www.youtube.com/watch_popup?v=vOhf3OvRXKg

I appreciate so much you sharing this with us! My daughter and I watched the whole thing completely mesmerised...What a beautiful and gifted young woman! That was better than a lot of plays and shows I have seen. It was touching, amazing, gut wrenching and touched the core of your emotions; and all from finger painting with sand! Absolutely amazing, thank you again for allowing us to see it!

Hey Barbara~ I am not usually left speechless, but I am now~ That was one of the most incredibly amazing and gut wrenching performances I have ever seen in my whole life! This woman was unbelievably talented. I have never seen an opera, but I was sure that if I did this would have been even better! I was moved beyond anything that I have ever seen! I happen to love sand art~ But, I have never seen it done to this degree! Thank you so much for sharing such an unbelievable piece of artwork in motion! There are just no words to describe this! This young woman is extremely talented beyond words and I hope she is allowed to go on with her rare talent so that many others can see how different her talent is!

Amazing is the only word for it. And maybe intense.
