What happened to Incrasebux?

When I try to log-in to Incrasebux I am redirected to PTCPAY, any idea why they do that? Why is my license key invalid? Thanks!

Site is stable and almost 3 years old and was doing grate but I am also unable to login for 2 days now. I hear someone was asking they are upgrading there servers. If the news is correct then they will be back soon so I think its no need for panic.

This site Incrasebux is a trusted site and I am rather surprised that this thing happened. I hope it is not becoming a scam site. Many people trusted this site including me and it would be a shame if it does gone scam. Keep your fingers crossed, good luck.

After reading this I went and opened the site
and I got the same message 
I have no idea at all what that message means or whether Incrasebux has gone.
Maybe someone else can tell us.
