Many say Christmas season in the Philippines is like no other. Can you share any unique experience or Christmas tradition that you and your family follow. Not only in the Philippines but it can be from any where in the world. Thank you for sharing....

hello... we have this family tradition of cooking tinubong and tupig, native foods of our province. Tinubong is a food placed in wooden bolos and sealed with a foil. Tupig is a food wrapped in banana leaves then steamed. Instead of wrapping gifts bought from the malls, these tinubong and tinupig are what we give to our relatives and friends who comes and visits us at home. Usually, it is after the ninth or last morning mass that we give our homemade gifts...
