I have four cats and I call them "kitties". I will say "Here kitty, kitties!" when I call them to come to the kitchen to get their food.

My cats are nice and they are cute, and even though they come from four different litters, they act as if they came from one family. They all look out for each other and they each take care of one another. They were all the unique ones of their litters. I love them all.

I don't know how other people call, but I refer to my dogs as "girls", so when I call them I say..."girls, lets go out" and they understand me...

Cat = katt, pus, pusen, pusa. Dog = hund, bikkje I usually call them by name though, but if I meet a cat I don't know I'll say "pusekatta" or something like that. I call my horse "dyret" (the animal) or "gammeln". (Old man, he's twenty)
