Do we really need a separate Bowling and fielding coach?

As Dhoni said the team is missing bowling and a fielding coaches, resulting in an increased workload for chief coach Gary Kristen. Bothe the posts are vacant after BCCI sacked Bowling Coach Venkatesh Prasad and fielding coach Robin singh last October after the team failed badly in the T20 worldcup in England. But there are countries performing beautifully without different coaches. So by appoienting different coaches to a team, can the team deliver some thing extra ? Whats your thought on this ?

Hi, We need a good coach for teaching from their experience. Venkat and robin has done their job very well. There is no need for separate coaches. But what BCCI thinks is they can perform well if they have seperate coaches. But with out them, they have won cup against Srilanka and they tried really vary hard to win against aussies, but they can't. According to me, the current bowlers are not performing well. I think they have some time to take rest and then they will have a chance to bowl. Many players like irfan, goni, kamran khan, dinda are performed well in IPL. They can have chance to prove their skills and every one will bowl well for competition. Happy mylotting. Have a nice day.

Thats perfectly correct, I would agree on the fact thet we loose in the T20 because of the under performances of the bowlers and fielders. Just changing or assigning a coach does not make things correct. There may be other reasons to worry about. So many bowlers are actually out of form and not performing well. Tiredness may also be another reason. Hence exploring upcomming talents is the things required at present.
