i am praying for more love to grow between my husband and myself. of course we love each other. we would not have married each other if it were not the case.
but it seems, we need more love, real love, more than just feelings for our marriage to grow deeper and enable us to get through the next phase of our lives together. i mean people also get through, but i don't want to get through this year dragging my heels. i want to get through this year prancing around with a lot of joy in my heart because of the genuine love that we share.
this love should encompass differences and little things that eat up an otherwise wonderful relationship. this love will enable us to look beyond our complaints and embrace the one that God has placed beside us.
i love my husband and I have committed to love him more this year. i am going to make him one happy husband. not by my works but God's strength will enable me. i know He will. i have presented this desire to Him and I know that He will grant me the desire of my heart.
God bless you all and happy new year! :D

That's a beautiful goal to have! Prayer and work may just give you what you expect. I use the word "may" because it takes two to tango. Still, the more we do, the better the chances of a bountiful harvest. I wish you much success!
2 Corinthians 9:6 (New International Version)
6Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.
Galatians 6:7 (New International Version)
7Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.
Acts 20:35 (New International Version)
35In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.' "
