I've been doing OK so far. It's hard to tackle whole resolutions in just one day, though . One of my goals was to stop drinking soda, but I decided that I'm going to work on it gradually rather than try to quit cold turkey. So, yesterday, I decided to cut out ENERGY DRINKS. And I've been doing good on that so far. Now I'm probably going to drink 1-2 cans of pop per day (a great decrease if you knew how much I was drinking before), and soon, I'll hopefully replace water with soda. That is my plan anyway!

yes dear it is really hard to tackle and fight with your old habits in a single day. if you want to change yourself then you will have to proceed day per day. you can't change any thing just in a single moment. if it is mainly related to your habit then it is very tough to change you habit. your new approach is very nice. you will achieve your goal by day per day practice. but if think that you can change it in a single day then you can't dear. all the best to break the habit. and start and new, fresh and healthy life. happy mylotting

as for me, i have not promised any change to myself this 2010. Not because I am perfect or what. Nobody is perfect. Its just that I don't believe in having new year's resolution. I think New Year's Resolution has no power to change anyone. Man may have been created to be strong-willed but not strong enough to change his self. It may be true for some who has their own magic formula but for others, no succes at all. It may be true only for one week... one month...one year... and then gone. Back to the same old self. Because he can never really change himself all by his own effort. For He said in His Word, "I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; APART FROM ME YOU CAN DO NOTHING." ()John 15: 5 If I really wanted to change, I will ask the Creator Himself to change me. And changing for my own good may happen any time of the year. Good day.
