Is anyone interested in Dan Brown? In particular, the Robert Langdon books. I tried to read The Da Vinci code a couple of years ago and could not get into it. I picked it back up a few months ago, and read right through it. I liked it so much, I ran to the used book store and picked up Angels and Demons. I loved this book as well. I was so excited when I found out that The Lost Symbol was coming out in September. I picked it up right away. I had some trouble finding time to read for a while, but now I am finally reading it, and I absolutely love it. Does anyone else like these books? Are there any other books similar to these that you reccomend reading?

Dan Brown's books especially the ones featuring Robert Langdon's are racy thrillers which you cannot put down without reading them till the end. He thinks differently and comes up with amazing plots that eventually get picked by film producers for making box office blockbuster movies. With regard to similar books, I recommend John Grisham, Robert Ludlum and amongst the older ones Arthur Hailey and Sidney Sheldon. Mark my words you will not be able to leave the book midway and you will find yourself cutting down your sleep in order to reach the last word in the book!

You know, i am still waiting for the Lost symbol. I am so glad to hear that you have read it. Me and my sister normally fights about who is going to read his new books first. I hope that he will write another in the next year. I normally cannot wait for his books to hit the shelves.

i also liked these 3 books very much and among them "Angels and Demons" is my favorite. i got interested interested in Dan Brown books after watching "Da vinci code" for the first time and when i came to know that its based on a book, i immediately bought the book and read it. His imagination is too good. and i was very much impressed. so after that i read "Angels and Demons" and now "The lost Symbol". Honestly saying, i was a bit disappointed with the ending of "The lost Symbol". somehow i was not able to maintain my interest towards the end but still, overall the book was very good. if you are interested in reading some more Dan Brown's novels; he has written 2 more. "Digital fortress" and "deception point". these were the first 2 books written by him.
