For those of you who don't know: Fear factor is a reality tv show where people do things that are scary: eating bugs, parachuting, eating rotting octopus guts, and things like that. The winner who completes all the task will earn money....lots of money as a prize. Would you do it? Im too chicken to do anything like that :P

Haha, I'm too much of wimp to actually do it. If you like that kind of thing, I say go for it, the money is just a bonus. If you're like me...well, there are always other ways to earn money! :)

There is no way that I could do things like that, let alone eat the things they did. There is no way that I would even try.

I would be too scared to do Fear Factor too especially if you're not guaranteed the money. If they say "Oh, eat on rotting octopus gut, then you get paid 200 dollars" and then three rotting octopus gut would equal a month's rent and I would reconsider

No. I won't. Because there are other better ways to make money than joining Fear Factor. The Internet made it possible for us to make big money in the comfort of our own homes, so why sell yourself short? Even if you join Fear Factor, there is no guarantee you will win that BIG money.

Not so much on the eating part. I am terrified of bugs, but I am pretty confident I could block it out for a while, if I knew there was a big pile of money at the end of this. Eating the food, not so much. Knowing my luck I will get food poising the next day, and all the money I earned will go towards hospital bills for pumping my stomach out. So pass on the eating, and bring on the bugs.

No, I wouldn't go on Fear Factor for money. My family and I used to watch that show during dinner. I would never eat what they serve on the show, except for balut eggs. I don't like swimming and usually their challenges relate to it. I don't know how anybody has the guts to go on Fear Factor in the first place.

I haven't heard of this programme before, but I'd certainly give it a go. I owe thousands to various banks and credit card companies, so the extra bread would be really useful! Fear is something you can cope with if you prepare yourself in advance. I've got a pretty serious phobia about heights, but I managed to do a parachute jump a couple of years ago. It depends how motivated you are.

Well, it really depends on the amount of money they were giving, and the task. I haven't watched Fear Factor for a while, but I seem to recall the prize was pretty big. Given that, I would probably do just about anything they could throw at me. Since it is a show, I wouldn't have to really worry about anything hurting me.

I remember that show being on in the US awhile ago. I'm not sure if it's on anymore here. To tell the truth though, I'm not into eating strange things, being put into a tank with strange, possibly biting, things, or doing dangerous stunts. Perhaps I'm just geting to be too old to be fun anymore.

I think I could. Just as long as I didn't have to be trapped under water. That's my fear factor!! I could stand about any stunt or eating almost anything. But the ones where you are strapped into a car and put under water.. that would be it for me!Not even for lots of money!!!

Honestly, I have asked myself that question everytime I watch the show and my answer is always the same which is no, I would not want to do it because you still have to compete with other contestants to get the money even if you did the disgusting task already. Maybe if the money is a sure thing after I did the stunt, I will think otherwise.

No, I couldn't do anything like that, because I would be too scared! The tasks are too horrible for me. I know I would love the money but not the danger of being there. So, my answer would definitely be 'no'. Of course, I admire the people who do go in for it. Some of them are so fearless and some are scared, but they are there for the money. It must be very important for that person to be there, otherwise why do it!

I would so try it at least once. I could always use the extra cash.

I would go on it because if there is a task that I cannot do, I can always drop out and not do it. i am deathly afraid of heights so I am not sure that I would make it on the show. I would be able to probably choke down any nasty things to eat, because I could force myself to do that. But I do not like heights so if you had to jump from something into the water, or just be dangling high in the air, no, no, no. could not do that part :)

It really depends on the task. Although I could force myself to eat anything, it would be harder to do something that was very physical or having to be buried in rats like the lady did in one episode...I hate rats.
