Target Areas!!

I have never had a weight issue, but then I had my daughter and dropped all that weight off within like 3 months. Well then my son was born a year and a half later and that was seven months ago!!! I still have 50 pounds from him extra that I want gone but here is the thing. How do you target certain areas. I have a nasty stomach pouch, and "love handles" that I want to lose. I do crunch after crunch after crunch and it doesnt seem to get me anywhere. What other exercises do you know of that can target those areas? Please Help!! I just need to get healthy again, I feel so out of shape and unhealthy and I do not like this feeling at all.

If you feel that you have consumed more calories than you should have during the week, it happens you know, and then make sure that you work off those extra calories by the end of the week.

for me it is my stomach area. my legs and hip areas are fine but i need to do sit ups to get rid of it.
