Can you make money from paypal referrals?

I have a question for the myLot community. Can you make money from referring people to join paypal? If so, how do you set up this affliate to make money via referrals to paypal. If you happen to know how much they pay per referral that is great, but please do not state what you make because that violates the myLot guidelines. I'm doing some research for a creative idea I have for making some extra money, and I would greatly appreciate help from the myLot community. I know the members on this site have a lot of knowledge about making money so I am hoping that someone will be able to provide some information in this area. Thank you so much for your assistance.

Yeah you can do that. But honestly I never tried it. They had this promotion during the holidays where you will make a wishlist and you will be awarded a dollar just for doing it. You can also earn by referring others. I tried that and I'm waiting if it's true because they told me that they will be paying me like early feb?

I believe you can, though I really don't know how it works. There are lots of people out there that can make ten refs a day and I'm but unfortunately I am not one of those.
