PayPal to AlertPay transfer

Warm greetings! I would just like to ask if there is anybody here who knows how to transfer money from PayPal to AlertPay or to any other similar site. I cannot withdraw the money from PayPal to my BDO account, for the bank is not yet affiliated with PayPal. Also, is there any other way to get the money from PayPal? Thanks and Happy New Year!

As much as I know you can't send the money from PayPal account to AlertPay account. As you said you also can't withdraw money from PayPal to your bank account. The only solution I see is to purchase something online using the funds on your PayPal account.
