Before I maried. I play almost 19 hours a day. I don't spend my time out side a lot. But now I have many things to do that keep me away from my favorite game. I miss the time when I can play as long as I want. I wish there's a world where I can play the game all the time. I even hate sleeping 'couse i have to lost so much time without playing a game...

LOL, wow, when i though i was extreme at playing game, you actually more extreme than i am. Most of the time i only play playstation about 15 hour max a day, but i rarely get there. I think the average time i play game is 8 - 10 hour a day, and that is in holiday. But since i work now, i rarely play game at all. I am just simply too tired and prefer to watch anime or movie.

LOL... But, it seem, if you cannot walk, it will be hard for you to be able to fed your family. Since most work require walking. Anyway, well, good for you to have that confidence. What kind of game that you played right now? Thanks my friend for responding my post.

Well i don't know about this. I once, an addicted gamer. Most of my life i spent either sleep or playing game. So i think i have all the negative aspect of playing game. My Friend said that i should only playing game for about 2 hour a day, but if you are into game so much, it will be very hard to do that.

Yes, For Romance Of Three Kingdom, 2 Hour is only enough for a few turn, especially if you are engaging in a few war in one turn. For RPG Game also it is not enough, but i think it still feasible, but it will be a long time before you are able to finish the game. Well, it is hard to get free time now a days, and now i more prefer to watch anime and tokusatsu.

Yeah...if we play a fighting game or sport, maybe 2 hours is enough to make us tired. But when playing a game like ROTK or RPG game...I think 2 hours are to short.

When playing video games, it's best to play in a well lit room and be a good distance away from the TV. You should play for only about 1-2 hours and then take a long break to stretch, move around, get something to eat, do something else, etc. before playing again. It's best not to play all day, maybe 4-6 hours a day. Make sure to still go outside every once in a while and do something that requires a lot of movement (talking a walk to the bathroom or to the fridge does not count). And most importantly, unless it's an educational game (or an "edutainment" game), do not imitate anything in the game or take it literally. (Obviously, I know not many people do this, but these are just tips to play video games and be healthy.)

Healthy tips would definitely be to take a 15 minute break after every hour of play and to play in a well-lit room a good distance from the T.V. Also, if you play Xbox 360, try not to become addicted to achievements as this will possibly ruin the game experience and it creates a new level of frustration you can't imagine (trust me I used to be addicted to achievements).
