how many of you goes for jogging or gyms daily?

hi friends, daily early in the morning going for jogging or gym was a good work which by doing that we can protect our health with many heath problems and which makes us so fit and reduces fat and laziness in our life and makes us to succeed in life.everyday early in the morning i uses to go to gym to clear all the problems,my advice was that you people please everyday go to gym or jogging or yoga which makes to reduce many problems and i want to know how many of the people do this?

For me I can't make myself go jogging or walking everyday. Now it's winter, I only go walking in warm nights. When spring is coming I'd like to go walking every night after dinner, which is very good to my body and health. I like sport though a little lazy hehe.

Erm..is very hard for me to maintain everyday go for jogging or exercise, is either lazy or busy. Normally I will go jogging or swimming 3 times a week. You are right, there are many benefits you can get only if a person is exercise in the right way. I like the feeling after sweat a lot and exercise increase my confident also. Some people they just work hard on the first few days for their exercise then just give up or stop there...i think that does not help anything and it may be not good for the body too.

i think that i dont go for jogging for long time because of lazyness,i dont do any exercise and only walking around for 30 mimutes,i think that what you do is right,going for jogging can make me protect health and keep weight,sometimes staying at home for a long time make me tired,i should do exercise like you do.

I my college time It my part of my daily routine 'The Gym'. Currently I have facility of Gym in my office itself. Just two floors away. But I can't work out daily. But when ever I get my self free enough during the Gym timing I just rush there. Either in the morning or in the evening.

Jogging is a good way to keep fit. However, I prefer to do some sports like ball games. I find it hard to jog daily. Time sometimes is a big problem. Playing ball games with friends once a week is my way of keeping healthy. For me, it's more suitable.

I often stay up late and I go to work very early, so I just do a few execises in the morning. After working hour, I'm free and more relawed, so I go jogging before getting home. In summer I can play some sportive activities, but now I'm a bit lazy.

I like to go on a stroll every evening.Walking is really good for health specially if it is done in the morning time... But I don't do it regular its because I like sitting at home watching television,like a lazy person. Apart from all,I like practicing yoga and some other breathing exercises at home.

I dont... I cant... I am a monther of a 4month baby boy... and he makes me sleep so late at night causing me so lazy in the morning. And when I am working my work schedule is during the evening so I dont have time doing jogging or any exercise at all. I dont even like walking much for me I need to conserve my energy.

Hello bharadwaz me too am facing some serious problems of obesity when am off my joging and gym activities.But do try it many times in the year, as mostly mine schedule is busy or my health gets sick.I prefer to jog daily and also to do some gym workouts at my home.Well in joging would go for some cool runnings for about 10-20 mins without any problem.And later would do basic bodyweight exercises, to tone up my body.When am performing this activities am feeling much healthier and have lots of energy and strength in me.Anyways keep it up with your joging and exercises.Happy mylotting.

IT is hard to determine as how many in population do people go for jogging and gyms daily. Having exercise daily can help out burn unwanted stored fats in the body. It also maintain good body health. Beautiful skin complexion and able to maintain a good body metabolism. This is helpful for people in all different stages of life.

Thank you to share the point that do exercise daily benefit our health, and that's my goal to let me can see this world more longer. But there are some factors block me doing like you said. I like morning jogging, but I always wake up late, after waking up I have to spend one hour to get to office, so I prefer to do jogging afternoon after duty. As you know, I had a lot of overtime working and back home lately sometimes; another situation is bad weather, therefore I bought a running machine to help me. Even so I failed in building a healthy body, but your words inspire me and I will do a better.

I don't do either but my husband and I did purchase our own home gym equipment and a recumbent bicycle to get in better shape as that is one of our goals as we start this new year. It is much more cost-efficient that way in my opinion because you don't have to waste money paying for a gym membership. Also with resources like the internet and youtube, you can look up exercise rountines and other stuff for free.
