After holiday adjust feeling and lose weight

The holiday is over. Maybe you feel tired or still exciting. It's not easy for me keep eye on new thing. I am still in the feeling of holiday. The first think for me to adjust my feeling. Then adjust my sleep time and make the plan for lose weight. I can not make regular sleep and eating time in holiday. So I should adjust it for some time. How about you? Can you change your mind on new thing after holiday?

my mind is still seton holidays too, but I'll need to catch up by now with a lot of works to and I need to do my works beforethe deadline came..huhh...But I think i can't set up my mind, just a positive change this year 2010..

hi kenvill, After holiday I set my mind to accomplish some of my goals and wishes. I too wanted to lose some weight and feel good about myself. Not that I hate how I look, it's just that I want to look better and feel better. Maybe all the things that I wasn't able to do last year should be my priority right now. I think of starting to do it as soon as possible because time is running so fast and before I knew it's new year again. Better to start and adjust early. Happy Lotting!

I do too. After the holidays I do the same exact thing. I'm hoping to join a gym pretty soon here and go from there. Always after the holidays & after we make our new years resolutions to better ourselves, of course!
