hi yes, learning how to cook is very important, especially when we have our own family, we can cook for them, eating outside like hotel, restaurant even fast food will cost you a lot, and the food aren't that good, some doesn't fit your taste, when I was still single, I didn't care anything about cooking, I am not interested on learning this thing. but when I got married i realized that some times we need to cook for our love ones...our family, good thing now is i am learning, but i am not good in cooking.just simple menu.

I have done some cooking in my time and it does pay off. I remember when I was in the USNAVY, we always had a meal to eat. But we got tired of eating the stuff they made all the time. So me and a couple of friends got together and we cooked up a good jambalaya. So it does pay off to know how to cook.
