Just heard the news that in Mumbai water from the mains is syphoned out into tankers and sold to consumers who are starved of water and the main reason for this scarcity is this pilferage. Their own legitimate quota they have to pay for. What is this world coming to?

Mumbai is a very large metro. and the influx is going up day by day, while the infrastructure is not keeping up. Water being the most needed for the human being, is not being delivered to them by the government, and the tanker men make out with this opportunity to make a good buck, The main reason is the population in this city, until it comes down, the problem will not be solved, infact there will be fighting war for WATER

The water that is meant for consumption is robbed and if that was not done there would be enough water for everybody through proper channels!!!
