Do you always feel tired back to work on Monday after the holiday or weekend?

I was back to work today after three-days holiday for the new year and felt tired when doing my job. It seemed that I lackeed enough sleep but I did go to bed early yesterday evening and had a good sleep becos i got up on time this morning full of energy. However, on stepping into the office, I began to feel sleepy and had a very low spirit for the work . So, my dear friends, what about you? Do you always feel tired back to work on monday after the weekend or a holiday?

Hello, Emma, that depends on the situation. As I am always very busy at the first day back work, I am high-strung the whole day, so do not feel sleepy at work. But after whole days' busying, I really feel exhausted when I get out of office. When I am less busy, I feel sleepy and lazy as well. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

Yeah, sometimes I do feel the same way as you when I am very busy and have lots of work to do. I like the feeling of being busy for a certain time duration that makes me forget other things but the work on hand.I like the feeling of being occupied. but I also enjoy the lazy life on weekend or holidays. LOL

I like being busy at work as well. While in off season, I really really have nothing to do for a long time, I feel I am getting lazy, and feel less value of myself.
