How do you come up with direct referrals?

Hi, May you help me with how I can recruit more direct referrals? I'm not good at asking people to be my direct referrals and my friends are not into networking. I can't earn more with direct referrals right? or is much better to rent for some?
(please answer specifically so I and all the readers of this discussion can easily understand your post):)

it is really hard to get direct referral.it is better to get some rented referrals and use them with a good plan for profit.If you can't afford rented referrals,then try traffic exchanges,blog posting.but as said above it is really hard to get direct referrals.

The way I got my direc referrals was by putting banners in my profile. I really didn't expect to get the referrals I did get, but I am thankful for each and everyone of them. Some are more active than others, and by them being active, I can get the payout faster than I would if I didn't have them. So, if you want referrals then put banners or links in our profile, and you should get them. There is no guarantee that any referrals are going ot b active or not, but that is the risk we take.
