There seems to be two very popular ideas that will end the human race. The first one is that man's technology will turn against us. Robots run wild and kill the human race. We will blow each other up with tons of nuclear bombs. You get the idea.
The second popular idea is that the earth's axis will tilt causing planets to move out of control, or the sun having a solar flare causing half the world to melt. Any type of action that causes earthquakes, fires, excess rain, hail, volcano eruptions and so on.
Which on these do you favor, man made or natural? Or do you have another take; lets see alien invasion perhaps? I lean more towards natural disasters to destroy the earth. I don't think the earth will live long enough for man to kill its own kind.

The more I think about it, its going to mad man. Eventually, the wrong person will get offended, the type of person who is powerful in a country who has access to nuclear weapons. Thus everyone else fires their weapons to defend themselves and pretty much everything is wiped out, if not everything. This I think its the worst case scenario but I find it more likely by each passing day. Hopefully it will not happen but who knows any more.

I think I am the only one who believes that it will be natural disasters that will be our end. A comet, or something, similar to the dinosaur extinction.

i agree more to the fact that it would be man made occurrences thats going to end this planet.for even the natural clamities are somewhere indirectly linked to the rampant man made destructive activities.

The sun always has flare ups. So maybe the sun will have a flare up so powerful that it will cause radiation and boiling waters everywhere.

maybe it will be caused as a result of all the manmade effort to stop an inevitable natural process.
