How do I get rid of pimples?

It annoys me whenever I see my face in front of the mirror. My forehead has lot of pimples and i wanna get rid of it. I have used different facial products that are said to make your face pimple free but unfortunately all of it didn't work. My face doesn't have pimples before and i was really anxious right now of getting a smooth and blemish free skin. Any help out there?

Hi Rhyly, First you have to think about what you eat. eating habit also is one of the part of it.
Second- If you dont sweat you will face this problem, so if you sit more in AC then the heat or the dirt will keep their and then pimple will come. If you cant avoid AC then please workout, so that you sweat and get clean after that.
other reason will be dandruff, if you have dandruff in your head you will have to get rid of it by regular wash with antidandruff shampoo so the pimple will go... try it.. cheers
