I am a freshman at a community college, and I don't think I have ever had as many problems with a school as I do with this one. I found out today that my financial aid has been suspended for the third time in the last six months. Another problem to add among my many. Keeping up and making the grades aren't goodenough. Besides that it seems almost impossible to register, or even speak with anyone at the college without standing in a line for an hour. Im pretty sure that after this semester I am going to transfer!

Take a break man. Try to transfer with credits, so that you dont lose anything that you have done till now.
Have you inquired other students about this problem of yours? Do they agree with what your solution? Try to consult a good academic advisor to get ideas on best ways of getting transfer.
All the best for rest of your college.

The recession seems to be making a lot of things harder. There's also a lot of budget cuts at my university, making it harder to register for classes and giving students less aid. If it is necessary, transfer to another cc but don't give up. I'm sure your hard work would pay off one day.

Your freshman year is always the hardest. I'm not sure about your financial aid situation. It sounds kind of sketchy that they would drop you three times. If you get approved for the semester you should be home free as long as your grades are there. Registration is always a hassle. Does your school let you do it online? That's what I do. It saves a lot time and aggravation. The last time I tried to speak with someone at my college they put me on a list and told me they would try to get back to me within 72 hours. They never did. When I called back they put me back on the list. I still haven't heard from them. That was in November. As far as transferring goes I'm not sure the grass will be any greener on the other side. The only thing I've found that works is to learn the in's & out's of your school's administration, and, if you can, do it yourself online. Good Luck
