i seldom make responses because i felt like i am no good at making one myself. but then when i really wanted to make some, after a while, 1 or 2 days maybe i spend some time reading other people's comments and responses to my discussions. by then i choose the best response for me. i think that's just right and fair to do for those people who put their efforts and time writing down for your discussions. anyway happy mylotting! god bless...

I'm sorry if my response offended you. No, I didn't say i don't like your post. Actually, I like it. Don't misinterpret it. I like the discussion. That's why I commented on it. Pls. keep your cool. I was just trying to bring out what's on the other side, and what's on the mind of the people who were not able to keep up with every discussions they have participated. Speaking on behalf of those busy people I happened to discuss with topic similar to yours.

Sometimes it's hard to pick a best response. You get so many helpful people responding. I will leave it alone. I find there is no real reason to stress it.

That's a bit mean, slight over-reaction if you don't mind me saying so. For the purposes of this discussion I rarely use the "best response" feature. I don't really know what its purpose is. If that shows naivety then so-be-it, I can live with that.

I do give best response, but I don't give it to quickly as I want to give enough users a chance to respond. I will wait for weeks or month, and I do have a few that I have yet to give best response to, but I do intend to do that eventually. Mylot says we are to wait at least a week or more before we give best response, and I have noticed that some users will give them right away, and that isn't giving others a chance to give a better response. I am not trying to get best response mind you, I just think it is more fair to give other users a chance to respond, that may want to. It is hard to give best response at times though, as sometimes there is more than one good response, and it would be nice if we could give more than one, but since we can only give one, I want to make sure that I take my time to find the best one. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.
