As i look around each day, the most beautifull site i see is all this trees, small big, skew and of course my favourates palm and 'doringboom', sorry i have no idea what they are called in english. But let me tell you this is the most beautifull off all i have ever seen. It looks like the biggest umbrella you have ever seen. Now, as i see it in my country, you just rip the brunches off, no need for a saw, as it is really such hard and backbreaking work, and when it is prune time, you just go at it and see how fast you can destroy that tree, because you have no idea whatsoever what you are doing. Do people actually realise how important trees are to us and all the living creatures. How can you destroy something so majestic and awesome. And please do not tell me you have to make a living out of it. I am sure there are other things that you can occupy yourself with and make the money you cannot live without, without destroying all these trees. You know, we had such a beautifull country, but most places i go to these days, look so barren.I wonder WHY? Can anyone PLEASE give me an answer.

I think the answer is simple- No tree- no life, no life- no people, no plants, no animals. That's why I think we must keep trees, as we keep our own children, our own property. Well, the lumbering is necessary, but only so much tree as we need, and not more. And each cut tree must be replaced with a new one, so that the balance in the nature will not be disturb!

Honestly, trees have many uses in this world. But due to it's great number of uses many people abuse them and get great number of trees which is too much that causes to harm them. We all know that too much is bad that's why it may cause bad thing to us. Trees give us oxygen to breath that's why we need to treasure it and we must increase the number of it's for the benefits of our world.

um - paper, fuel, housing. I am a tree lover but believe that they are there for our use. As responsible stewards of the land we should replace each one we use.

There is probably a nice balance to the tree issue. We can use them I believe but if we are responsible with them and replant then we will have them to use for a very long time. A good book about that is "The Giving Tree" by Shel Silverstien. IF we use them all up without replenishing them we will eventually run out!
