Is it your welcome or you're welcome?

            The most common reply when someone said Thank You is ~~~ Your welcome or You're welcome? Hmmmm

                    I would say "You're" is the correct way of doing it, but I'm not an English teacher, so I guess I don't know for sure. 
. "You're" makes more sense to me, because it's just like saying a shorter version of "You ARE welcome". Whereas "your" just means.. something that you possess;own. "Your" welcome in that sense wouldn't make grammatical sense, would it?
