Keep enthusiasm and effective methods

When we get work assignment or learn something we want to find a fast method to make it. Enthusiasm is important too. Before we get more useful methods we should motivate our enthusiasm. If you are interested in something you can care more about it. We can keep enthusiasm, then try to find effective methods. Do you think which one is the first?

..hi kevin.. you're right.. and for me, in order to have enthusiasm, you have to love your assignment first so that you can find enjoyment in doing it.. In my personal experience, loving what you do will make you give the best of yourself in accomplishing that thing.. then after accomplishing it, you will find satisfaction and fulfillment because you have successfully finish your assignment without being stressed even if the work was a little bit tiring..
