..im on a hard situation now.. i lost the 2 most important person in my life.. i dont know what to do.. i cant move on, and im blaming myself on the things that happen.. i dont know what to do.. i already put myself down.. could someone please suggest me some drugs?medicine to drink that can pull my depression, stress out.. thanks in advance.. sigh!

I have been in that phase of my life before. I tried everything to overcome it. But I tell you... it's not medicine, not pills, not self-help books that made me fought it. It was my friends who were always there for me. Good luck.
