I need help and advises how can I maintain a good relationship with my co-worker where pride and egos are concern. I am not so sure how to help out of it and thought to get some help from mylotters. I work as a Quality Control Assurance to a foreign company. I have a co-worker who seems to be the supervisor of the production who handle individuals to supervised. My main job is to scrutinize all of their work including supervisors output. My problem is I cannot compromise with the quality ofcourse because I also dealt with our clients complaints ( if there is ). Sometimes, I felt like there's a barrier between me and that supervisor because I always have to return their files if I still see flaws on it including supervisors job. Our situation we need to work together all the time. We need to work as a team in order for us to maintain quality of our work. Because of that I want to be closer with them to avoid that gaps between us. For me it's all just about doing my job so I need to be strict with them but that instance tends my relationship with them to be so cold. They got mad if I return their not well done job. I am not saying mine is very good but all I know is I am just doing my job the way I have to. How can I help out and reach out with them to have a smooth relationship at work?
