I just lost my job and may get evicted

I worked at a very popular grocery chain for the past 3 years. Recently out of nowhere they decided to lay about 100 people off. In less than a week, i lost my job and it was the end of the month so my rent money for the following month is MIA. They say that most people are only 2 paychecks away from being homeless. I am really scared, I am only 29 and I wasn't smart about putting savings away. I am only trying to mke it on my own. Has anyone else been affected a lot by this economy?

Yes, Bradly22481 just about everyone has been affected by this so-called recession. I've been out of work for sometime now. I'm still looking for work but its just not out there right now. Sorry to hear your plight, but you heard of the old adage save for a rainy day, but when you're young you never think about that. Hope everything works out for you "GOOD LUCK".
