how does looking at your partner affect your relationships?

There is a difference between looking at your lover and looking into ur lover's eyes.When you look at your partner, you still maintain that feeling of separateness from him or her, making you two distinct persons but wen ur inlove, you look into into his eyes and you feel the boundaries between both of you melt away,creating a feeling of oneness.

me n hubby were lovers for 16 years, his family disapprove our union .. 3 years back,we crosse the border , we were finally married by then he was 45 n me 35, we lost our youth in this battle ..
but dear i won the man at the end..
i don care what his family puts me tru .. as long as i have his smile, his love, n him beside me on my bed every morning ...

True, as the it affect as saying goes that sometimes LOVE is blind. You cannot see the negative things about the person at all. But if looking the character differences then you will be in reality of knowing you are totally having separation for want and needs in life. Even in sharing of opinions and giving solution to a certain problem.
