I've registered with it.There are some cool games.you earn points & can redeem them into gifts.Can anybody through more light on it for me please?

hai kherasakshi i joined in zapak and i won zapak game pass ,card rider and camera but till now i dont receive my prizes and admin is noyt responding to my queries
