How To Be In Shape Without Going To Gym?

Hi friends, Just share your ideas and tips of how to maintain our body shape and fitness without going to gym. Does regular exercises everyday at home alone is useful to maintain the shape? what is your idea on this?

I can't really afford the gym realistically at this point. So I go running mostly (about 4 hours a week). And then I do 1-2 hours of other exercises (exercise bike or lifting small weights). I don't think you really need to have a gym membership to be in shape. It might be helpful for some people, but there is a lot of stuff you can do at home.

Hi Priya, without going to gym also we can maintain our shape. having healthy less oily food, doing yoga regularly is the ultimate solution to keep the body fit and shape. most of the people doesn't find time to go to gyms. but the physical work or excercise what they do at home or work makes them fit and maintain nice shape.

Hi Priya To maintain our health and body, we need not go to any gym. Just spend half an hour in the morning and evening for yoga and pranayama and we will be the healthiest and beautiful person in the world. This is my opinion

Hi priyavivek,Yes,even without going to gym every day you can still maintain your body shape.Regular exercise at home helps a lot.I have some friends that are so lucky having a good shape with out going to gym.What is important is focus on self dicipline and foods we eat or healthy life style.Any way,doing some household chores can also helps in maintaining body good shape.Have a nice day!
