what do you do own fitness?yoga, dance or walk?

            hiiii myloters, what do you do own fitness. well i am do dance early in the morning minimum 20 miniute. doing dance body lives is flexible. after that i am do rest 5 miniute. after that i am do yoga still 1 hour. i think its inough to live fit. what do you do own fitness. pls tell me.

                    Nothing. Well that is the truth. I really do want to and SHOULD do some fitness exercises, or atleast walking and dancing to burn a few calories, and shape up nicely. I think this would also be beneficial in that I'd be more flexible and hopefully would be just as flexible in later years of my life.
