anqial oh yes I love to use eggs at various meals and when we still had our own apartment I often made an omelet or scrambled eggs with green peppers and ripe tomatoes in them with some fried onion for more flavor, eggs are so versatile. and egg souffle is so good. Americans typically eat eggs for b reakfast but a lot of us like breakfast foods for dinner at times too. potato salad to me is not good unless it has hard cooked eggs cut up in it too. yummy.

Eggs are not just for breakfast. Just like any other food, it is good source of protein. But according to some studies, we need to limit egg consumption to 1 egg per day. Eggs have very high cholesterol content that makes it unhealthy. But it doesn't mean, eggs are made just for breakfast.

I'm a Filipina and yes, we eat eggs anytime of the day. Although it is also commonly served during breakfast but if there are times that we are too tired to cook or not enough stocks in the refrigerator we just fry some egg or boil it and put some salt and tomatoes. It's really simple yet delicious and filling, of course we partner it with rice.. =) I think most Filipinos can't live without rice in their tables.

With my schedule being so hectic lately I cook breakfact for dinner on Thursdays. My husband works from 2-6 and I have a class from 7-9PM. We always eat together and therefore when I get home from school I cook him dinner. I usually make him eggs because they cook fast. Sometimes on Sunday mornings I will cook him eggs as well.

Hi anqial! Eggs are versatile. They can be eaten for breakfast, lunch and even dinner. Sometimes, some people even eat eggs for their snacks. What is nice about eggs is its versatility. One can prepare different foods using egg as an ingredient.

I eat eggs any time. One of our family favorites was to have "breakfast" for supper. I'd make pancakes and sausage and eggs for supper. My kids loved it! I eat deviled eggs at any time of day!

Even though many Americans consider eggs a main breakfast food staple, they are clearly not just for breakfast. Even traditional egg dishes, such as omelettes, poached and scrambled eggs can easily be served for lunch or dinner. Eggs in any form are good also for lunch and dinner, as in egg salad, devilled eggs, eggs a la rousse, shirred eggs, benedicts of all sorts. Eggs are adjuncts or supporters in many other dishes, like French toast, pancakes, crepes, popovers, even in casseroles and puddings. There is a chemical in eggs that helps with memory retention. The cholesterol thing has now been debunked. Eggs are an incredible protein and adapt to many flavors and presentations.

My family likes to have breakfast for dinner. We make eggs/omletes, gravy, biscuits, sausage and bacon and serve it up. It is actually one of my kids favorites for dinner. It is a balanced meal and they enjoy so why not feed it to them?

How is that a balanced meal? It's protein, carbs and mostly fat.

Have you never had a omlet with tomatoes, green pepper, and red peppers. Add a little cheese to it. Sounds like a good way to get them to eat their veggies. Mask it in something they think is good. So we have protein, carbs, calcium, fiber if we make wheat toast, toss in a few veggies and we are good to go. Sounds pretty balanced as far as feeding teens. Especially when they think every meal should come from Wendy's or Papa Johns

Most Western people eat eggs during breakfast. But people in Eastern Countries, like me, don't really mind eating them, especially when there's no other viand to go with my lovely rice. Sunny-side up to with cheese is great! Xd

Eggs are for any time. There are many dishes that are usually for breakfast using eggs, like fried, scrambled, boiled. Lunch could be curried egg sandwiches or other types of sandwich or salad with egg in it like potato and egg salad or Caesar salad. The Chinese do omelettes with mushrooms for a dinner meal and I do savoury eggs...boiled eggs on toast with a spicy, creamy sauce. There are scotch eggs too...where a boiled egg is coated with fine minced meat and cooked.

i think that some men are sometimes not that good in voicing out what they really feel or what they really want. i think your husband wants another dish. just don't mention to him that you used eggs, again . and eggs are not only for breakfast, of course .

Hi, Eggs are my favorite. I try a lot of dishes made out of eggs. My children loves egg omelet.I prepare lots of non-vegetarian cuisine, my kids love eggs very much. Eggs are high in proteins hence I prefer eggs with whole wheat bread and a glass of milk in breakfast. Its an ideal breakfast which suites to both elders and children.

Hiya angial, As others have said here Eggs are an all round Food. But I suppose some will associate Eggs with just Breakfast it does happen. Over here Eggs are something they use all over the place for every recipe you can think of. I limit the amount of Eggs we use in the House for health purposes. But every now and again I do use Eggs and make them with Chips but I add a huge Salad too.

I use to eat eggs anytime of the day when i was in my teens & twenties. That was before I learned about the high cholesterol levels in eggs.
