1.Choose an ip address 2.investigate several hosting services, considering factors such as maximum space and accessability 3.select and download a web editor this will make creating a website alot easier. 4.publish your site by going to setting and clicking on publish or publish website.

you could also suggest free web hosting sites. They come with a web editor that is online so no need to download anything and its free. Only thing is that the sites have some limitations.

i joined to free websites that are easy to use and they look professional. webnode.com and webstart.com; there are more but i forgot the rest.
